Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the product lead for core products and integrations within the MWI portfolio.

• Foster relationships with customers to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and workflows.

• Oversee product discovery efforts to develop user-centric solutions and define the product experience.

• Convert customer and market insights into product requirements, epics, and backlog priorities.

• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams and an Engineering Lead on development, enhancements, and technical remediation.

• Manage the product backlog while upholding readiness and completion standards.

• Develop business cases that align with business objectives and include clear success metrics.

• Assist in the delivery of minimum viable products along with go-to-market strategies.

• Partner with engineering, customer product consulting, data, technical support, commercial, and senior leadership teams.

• Manage relationships with third-party technology partners.

• Facilitate launch readiness, product adoption, and customer advocacy initiatives.

• Monitor capability performance and guide future decision-making.

• Conduct product retrospectives, demos, and show-and-tell sessions.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of product management practices.

• Carry out market scanning, research, and insight reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager position.

• Significant experience with SaaS products.

• Background in a technology delivery environment.

• Proven track record of collaborating closely with software engineering teams.

• Strong product discovery abilities, capable of transforming customer insights into actionable product plans.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the capability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, customers, and commercial partners.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of user experience, product design, and business analysis.

• Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and MVP delivery.

• Background in Animal Health, Human Health, or another relevant regulated or customer-focused sector.

• Experience with both B2B and B2C digital products.

• Familiarity with third-party technology partners and integrations.

• Experience in commercial modeling.
