Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project teams and guide both coworker and client teams in the design and development of solutions.

• Develop business cases, financial justifications, and deliverables that showcase the benefits of solutions.

• Supervise technical solutions across various projects to ensure they align with overall objectives.

• Identify and address budgetary issues that arise during projects, escalating them as needed.

• Conduct quality assurance on SOW requests and perform peer reviews to ensure technical accuracy of deliverables.

• Foster client relationships by serving as a trusted technical advisor and primary communication point.

• Assist account teams in crafting proposals, quotes, and presentations.

• Drive the development of Digital Velocity services across a range of technology solutions.

• Evaluate client needs and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions and products.

• Lead intricate engagements and influence outcomes across multiple regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required along with 7+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, which includes 3+ years supporting enterprise cross-brand projects, OR a total of 11+ years of relevant work experience.

• Proven capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities under strict deadlines.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in managing and escalating technical issues to the appropriate vendor support teams.

• Background in maintaining client relationships and acting as a communication liaison.

• Proficient in leading technical reviews of deliverables from engineering and consulting teams.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Skilled in researching complex technology solutions, evaluating options, and making informed recommendations.

• Ability to adapt to change, uncertainty, and risk while addressing complex challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to learn from past experiences and acquire new skills in emerging technologies.

• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.

• Eagerness to explore, adapt, and evolve with advancing technology and AI tools.
