Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate value generation by integrating the Blip Platform, Professional Services, and Customer Experience.

• Establish and oversee the vision and roadmap for conversational products, ensuring ongoing development with an emphasis on business impact and results.

• Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and scope while upholding high quality standards.

• Center AI and data in decision-making processes to create hyper-personalized, scalable journeys that prioritize user experience.

• Monitor and showcase KPIs and business outcome metrics for both clients and Blip.

• Actively identify and seize opportunities to enhance revenue growth, broaden use cases, and amplify platform usage.

• Proactively manage risks, resolve conflicts, and align with stakeholder expectations.

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Conversation Designers, PODs, and customer teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of robust experience in Digital Product Management, Conversational Products (Chatbots/Voicebots), or AI initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing product roadmaps that are driven by business outcomes and data-informed insights.

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence ecosystems and Intelligent Contact solutions.

• Experience in crafting personalized and scalable customer journeys.

• Background in governance and risk management in highly complex settings.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic stakeholder management abilities.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

• Preferred qualifications include in-depth knowledge of the Blip Platform, certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, or AI, and experience in SaaS technology companies or professional technology services consultancies.
