This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for managed cybersecurity services, encompassing MDR, SIEM, and SOC services.
• Convert insights from customers, market trends, operations, and security into prioritized product initiatives.
• Balance factors such as scalability, security effectiveness, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness in product decision-making.
• Align business objectives, operational readiness, and the long-term strategy for the platform.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points throughout the customer journey.
• Keep an eye on competitive trends, security dynamics, compliance obligations, and customer expectations.
• Collect feedback from Sales, Customer Success, SOC, and Support teams to enhance product offerings and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Provide product expertise, security context, and operational guidance to support strategic deals.
• Work alongside SOC, Security Operations, Platform Engineering, and Delivery teams to define service scope, SLAs, KPIs, escalation models, onboarding processes, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Finance and Customer Success to ensure retention, expansion, and scalable service delivery.
• Collaborate with security engineers, SOC leaders, architects, and vendors on tool evaluations, integrations, POCs, capability assessments, and enhancements related to detection, response, automation, and workflows.
• Stay updated on trends in MDR/XDR, cloud security, AI-driven detection, automation, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity.
• Draft comprehensive product requirements that include business context, functional expectations, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with UX/design teams to create intuitive and scalable workflows.
• Foster clarity among Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams through thorough documentation and prioritization.
• Over 10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in security with a focus on endpoint, cloud, or identity.
• Proven builder mentality with products or features developed from inception to completion.
• Experience in or related to the MSP or channel market.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear positioning.
• Competence in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Research, and Marketing teams.
• Strong quantitative and business analysis abilities.
• Capability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Proficiency in working with distributed, remote teams.
• Previous experience in EDR, CDR, attack analysis, research, investigation, or incident response is preferred.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain is preferred.
• Active engagement with AI tools and insights on AI-driven product strategy is preferred.
• Experience in a rapidly growing company with an ARR between $20M and $200M+ is preferred.
• Hands-on product management experience in cybersecurity products is essential.
• Advanced degrees in relevant disciplines are a plus.
• Must have authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
