This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the Payments division in Mexico.
• Oversee and mentor the operations team, enhancing efficiency through automation, engineering solutions, and data-driven methodologies.
• Collaborate with providers and clients to pinpoint and outline business opportunities.
• Spearhead product initiatives from concept to launch, including developing MVPs, validating hypotheses, and scaling successful solutions.
• Establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the organization.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Develop customer relationships, comprehend pain points, and offer proactive technical problem-solving.
• Define and monitor OKRs, identify growth opportunities, and communicate progress effectively.
• Relay priorities, updates, and launches to stakeholders across various seniority levels.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within fintech or payments.
• Background in a product team within the Mexican payments landscape.
• Experience founding or being an early team member at a startup, or developing products or businesses from 0 to 1.
• Strong technical background and enthusiasm for software development; capable of prototyping or coding MVPs independently.
• Proficient in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data, including creating dashboards.
• Exceptional product intuition with the ability to convert ambiguous challenges into clear solutions.
• Proven track record of execution using data and insights to prioritize, deliver, and assess impact.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to accurately articulate customer needs.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools such as chatbots, copilots, or productivity assistants.
• Proficient in written and spoken English is mandatory.
