This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Enhance organizational efficiency in product delivery by overseeing cross-functional development scopes alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.
• Assist the Product Manager in formulating product vision, objectives, themes, and features.
• Convert product vision into a detailed product roadmap, long-term strategy, and feature development plan.
• Engage in and help facilitate daily scrum ceremonies.
• Lead refinement sessions and collaborate with Engineering teams to steer direction and focus.
• Transform product directives into backlog items and advocate for customer needs.
• Independently define targeted capabilities, customer value, and functional/non-functional requirements, regardless of implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Development on implementation challenges.
• Evaluate QA test plans to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Review pertinent documentation for technical accuracy.
• Communicate the contents of product releases and expected product capabilities and behaviors to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate product coordination between departments to ensure global visibility.
• Convey the product vision to technical teams and other departments within the company.
• Ensure that the correct features are developed by weighing delivered value against delivery costs.
• Provide weekly project status updates to Senior Management.
• Identify impediments to release objectives and recommend corrective measures.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
• Subject to company on-call policies, including working hours outside of regular work hours as necessary.
• Strong understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven ability to gain cooperation from a diverse array of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Capable of managing a heavy workload with multiple projects and frequent interruptions.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing, dynamic environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in business analysis, including documenting use cases or gathering requirements.
