Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle for designated features, encompassing discovery to complete feature definition, which includes identifying problems being addressed, outlining benefits, establishing use cases and workflows, providing UI/UX design guidance, creating and reviewing technical product requirements documents (PRDs), and formulating go-to-market strategies while overseeing their execution for successful customer adoption and follow-up.

• Perform extensive market research in the automotive sector and apply best practices from B2B SaaS products to design user-centric and intuitive solutions.

• Confirm design and feature direction by facilitating discussions with external stakeholders, which include customers, partners, and advisors.

• Produce product documentation tailored for both external and internal audiences, including customers, prospects, customer service teams, engineers, and executives.

• Collaborate across various functions with customers and customer-facing teams.

• Partner closely with UI/UX designers.

• Work alongside software development and quality engineers to assess requirements, develop and review technical specifications, refine estimates, and evaluate deliverables.

• Consistently enhance the operational practices of the Product team and utilize tools for increased productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and/or Claude Code to facilitate rapid prototyping, experimentation, and product iteration.

• Robust Technical Expertise (CS Degree or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience directly in Product Management, ideally with a focus on building a B2B SaaS product.

• A proven track record of high performance in dynamic, results-oriented environments.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey information clearly and succinctly to diverse audiences.

• Experience collaborating with designers to achieve product objectives, along with familiarity with Figma.

• Experience collaborating with technical leads and engineers to accomplish product goals, alongside an understanding of technical integrations and awareness of front-end and back-end implications of feature design.
