Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Vice President of Product

• Take ownership of the roadmap and strategy for Outbound Sourcing, Product Platform, or AI Platform

• Gain a deep understanding of customers to implement impactful product enhancements and investments

• Deliver robust, high-quality products that are enjoyable for users

• Maintain a roadmap while establishing strategy and vision for the next 6 to 18 months

• Conduct customer research and synthesize feedback, alongside competitive intelligence

• Identify bottlenecks, effectively scope projects, and drive initiatives towards high-impact releases

• Stay closely connected to engineering efforts to manage trade-offs, technical risks, and execution challenges

• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on launches, pricing, marketing, and customer support

• Follow through on commitments, manage time efficiently, respond promptly, and communicate proactively

• Build reusable platform capabilities, shared building blocks, foundational capabilities, and APIs

• Conduct comprehensive user research and translate customer insights into product strategies

• Ability to work alongside engineers who own solutions end-to-end and provide ample white space in specifications

• Willingness to personally conduct in-depth customer, UX, market, and data research

• Ability to act with urgency, make trade-offs, and adjust priorities as necessary
