This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and manage a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the objectives of the company.
• Identify issues and formulate hypotheses based on customer insights and feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design teams to pinpoint assumptions, risks, and testing methodologies.
• Conduct user research and test prototypes and designs to validate solutions and mitigate delivery risks.
• Plan and coordinate product development with the Engineering Manager through iterative sprint cycles and team ceremonies.
• Employ data-driven iterations and testing to assess impact and inform necessary adjustments.
• Stay informed about the business landscape, the education sector, and user needs, while effectively communicating context to the team.
• Promote collaboration, communication, and shared learning within the team and across different departments.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach by utilizing feedback, metrics, and research.
• Document various work stages and contribute to the team's knowledge, enhancing the enablement of Sales and Customer Teams.
• Engage with stakeholders regarding milestones, progress updates, and any changes.
• Collaborate with the go-to-market committee and other departments to facilitate the launch of new products.
• Continuously look for opportunities for improvement and share insights learned.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior product management role.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, legal, and marketing.
• Experience managing complex requirements across various domains and/or with data products where attention to detail is crucial.
• A solid track record of taking new products from concept to launch in partnership with go-to-market teams.
• Comfortable working with remote teams.
• A strong passion for developing user-centric products.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with numerous internal stakeholders and high levels of collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to translate complex requirements into a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
