Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Andela Talent Cloud platform.

• Assess and prioritize the needs of clients, operational teams, and talent users.

• Address feature gaps to minimize off-platform workarounds and reduce operational costs.

• Develop and sustain product metrics and conversion funnels.

• Leverage analytics to inform product decisions and proactively identify issues.

• Collaborate closely with operations stakeholders to pinpoint priorities.

• Work alongside engineering teams to uphold a high standard of quality.

• Oversee communications related to customer-facing products.

• Facilitate effective integration of AI into product development and user-oriented features.

• Manage prioritization, feature development, roadmaps, metrics, and platform quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven track record of owning a product and delivering initiatives that generate measurable value.

• Experience managing a system primarily utilized by operations teams, where failures had significant business implications.

• Background in a company within the $50M revenue range is highly advantageous.

• Strong interest in the implications of AI on the industry.

• Practical experience using modern AI tools in personal workflows.

• Capability to track and reason about the dynamic AI landscape.

• Demonstrated initiative and comprehensive ownership of challenges.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

• Proficient in asking detailed and insightful questions to uncover core requirements.

• Availability for at least 6 hours of daily overlap with US West Coast hours (8 AM–2 PM PT).

• Experience with ATS/recruiting/staffing-tech platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with assessment, training, or learning systems is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools or agentic workflows is a plus.
