Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage the product roadmap for the Amplo platform.

• Make prioritization choices that consider customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

• Lead exploratory discussions with insurance brokers and agency operators.

• Identify unmet needs, validate assumptions, and integrate insights into the roadmap.

• Create clear product specifications and engage in engineering planning and reviews.

• Maintain close involvement in product delivery and collaborate effectively with the Engineering team.

• Spot opportunities for AI to provide leverage for customers and enhance the platform.

• Develop product features with AI as a central component.

• Combine insights from Sales, CX, and Support into a unified product perspective.

• Establish and monitor success metrics for delivered products.

• Manage the feedback loop from product launch through to subsequent iterations.

• Convey product decisions and their rationale to the CTO, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, including significant time in a senior or leadership role.

• Proven instincts for AI-native product development.

• A history of managing complex, multi-stakeholder product domains with genuine autonomy.

• Excellent written communication skills, prioritizing clarity over exhaustive detail.

• Comfortable working in a startup setting with a broad scope, shifting priorities, and considerable responsibility.

• Experience with B2B SaaS or workflow software utilized by professionals in intricate domains.

• Experience as a solo or early-stage product manager in a company with fewer than 100 employees (preferred).

• Familiarity working alongside a technical CTO or in a highly technical product environment (preferred).
