This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Take ownership of WealthComply’s product, including customer interactions, requirements, roadmap, calls, and outcomes.
• Conduct research and draft requirements for engineers and AI coding agents.
• Establish yourself as the product expert on FATCA and CRS by utilizing primary sources.
• Facilitate the daily standup meetings.
• Make decisions on technical trade-offs.
• Manage release readiness and ensure product quality.
• Transform signals from customers, prospects, and sales into roadmap decisions.
• Define and assess AI functionality within the product.
• Implement and refine AI operating models.
• Assist in client onboarding processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Supervise support issues.
• Generate content.
• Oversee product releases.
• Develop tooling.
• Aim to decrease founder involvement in product operations.
• Potentially lead product initiatives across multiple sister companies.
• Proven experience in shipping B2B software as a product manager.
• Ideally, experience in a small company where a wide range of responsibilities were managed.
• A background in regulatory compliance, tax, financial services, or a similar field where mistakes can have serious consequences, or the capacity to quickly learn such a domain.
• Proficiency in writing clear requirements that engineers can effectively build from without needing extensive clarification.
• Technical fluency: ability to read code, script tooling, and prototype or implement small fixes with AI-assisted development.
• Capability to recognize when AI-generated output is incorrect and comprehend the reasons behind it.
• Skill in researching primary source documents, including OECD Commentary and FATCA/CRS materials.
• Focus on outcome ownership rather than mere ticket management.
• Readiness to take responsibility during incidents that coincide with reporting deadlines.
• Self-motivated, highly intelligent problem solver eager to engage hands-on within a small team.
