This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team in the design, development, and delivery of essential features and enhancements for digital Treasury Management products and solutions.
• Manage the commercial payments backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and the product and technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, translating them for the engineering team.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, effectively communicating requirements to the development team.
• Own, organize, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.
• Guide developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Scrum team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to outline scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress, maintain velocity metrics, and adjust priorities to achieve goals.
• Represent the voice of the customer by utilizing feedback, analytics, and insights to prioritize features.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other teams on go-to-market strategies and user adoption initiatives.
• Present product updates, plans, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely delivery of quality product increments.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to product initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect timelines or deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate the status of releases.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing software development lifecycles within an Agile framework.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management, Cash Management, or financial services platforms.
• Experience with commercial payment products such as ACH, wires, and RTP.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience leading Agile teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficient in product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and ProductBoard.
• Proficient in collaboration tools such as Slack and GSuite.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Customer-centric focus, dedicated to delivering solutions that surpass client expectations.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and an ability to lead with urgency.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and objectives.
• Exceptional time management capabilities.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
• Experience with a Treasury Management or Cash Management platform provider is advantageous.
• Familiarity with bulk payments is a plus.
