Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive the strategy and development of innovative AI capabilities for intricate critical-event response workflows.

• Transform customer requirements into reliable automation, guiding the product from inception to launch.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to swiftly prototype, deploy, and scale new solutions.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of security, safety, business continuity, IT, operations, and responder personas.

• Conduct interviews with customers and prospects through discovery discussions, workflow reviews, and feedback sessions.

• Maintain insight into current challenges, future prospects, and issues to address in the next 12–24 months.

• Monitor industry trends, advancements in AI and automation, platform and integration modifications, and competitor activities for roadmap implications.

• Own the roadmap for AI capabilities, making decisions on prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs.

• Define problem sets and tasks to be accomplished for various initiatives.

• Convert customer challenges into specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones.

• Decompose initiatives into releasable increments, remaining engaged through grooming, scope decisions, testing, and launch readiness.

• Utilize Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to create prototypes and validate concepts with customers.

• Establish success metrics, instrument products, analyze usage and customer outcomes, and guide prioritization.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to position capabilities and support Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.

• Craft product narratives and practical applications, leading internal training sessions, demonstrations, and Q&A forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, including comprehensive ownership of a product or significant product area from discovery to delivery and measurement.

• Proven track record of taking a product or major capability from inception to launch.

• Prior experience with agentic and/or AI-native products such as workflow automation, process orchestration, integration platforms, or similar technologies.

• Understanding of how AI and LLM-based capabilities are integrated into products, including their leverage points and necessary guardrails.

• A systems-oriented mindset that encompasses workflows, dependencies, triggers, and process elements.

• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to make decisions based on incomplete or conflicting information.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging in technical discussions with Engineering and strategic dialogues with executives.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.

• A collaborative, ego-free approach with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Resourcefulness and a consistent history of delivering high-quality work on time.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines.

• Experience in critical event management, emergency communication, security, safety, or business continuity, or with the teams that execute these functions.

• Background in product enablement or go-to-market support.

• Candidates must possess existing authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
