📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategic direction for image editor tools and AI workflows within Adobe Express Photos.

• Create image editing workflows tailored for businesses, students, and creative individuals.

• Formulate an AI-first strategy for the integration of Adobe Express within the Photos application.

• Investigate user engagement related to imaging, viewing, AI-driven editing, and AI-led design workflows.

• Conduct direct user research and interviews to grasp jobs-to-be-done, unmet needs, and sources of delight.

• Establish frameworks for evaluating integration opportunities for Express features based on user impact, technical feasibility, and monetization potential.

• Identify premium opportunities across integrated Express features, AI value, and native capabilities of Photos.

• Execute willingness-to-pay analyses.

• Present the integration strategy and roadmap, detailing prioritization, timelines, and monetization recommendations, to product and executive stakeholders.

• Carry out regular customer interviews and on-demand user testing.

• Guide and mentor team members while refining processes to enhance Product Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management.

• Preferably experienced with design-focused mobile and web applications.

• Exceptional collaboration skills across customers, partners, colleagues, and diverse teams.

• A background in design or design systems is advantageous.

• Strong passion for addressing complex system-based user challenges.

• Possess a product-led growth mindset with experience in conducting growth product experiments.

• Capability to turn creative ideas into actionable plans.

• Persuasive, positive, and collaborative approach in cross-functional environments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while proactively communicating status updates to executives and partners.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
