This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing program scope, timelines, and delivery requirements with minimal supervision.
• Influence long-term program objectives and enhance the product management practice.
• Act as the discipline lead for stakeholders and promote enhancements in product management processes and methodologies.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the product team.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives for delivery team members and team leaders.
• Support program and delivery strategies along with tactical responsibilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products that align with customer missions and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and product owners to define the vision and strategy for products or programs.
• Create product briefs, roadmaps, and metrics for success.
• Formulate strategies aimed at achieving the highest-value outcomes within program goals, needs, and limitations.
• Champion user needs and lean methodologies when establishing priorities and managing trade-offs.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant product management experience along with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in directing assignments for cross-functional teams.
• Must satisfy federal suitability criteria and successfully complete a background check as a condition of employment.
• Demonstrated experience in agile and SAFe delivery environments.
• Proven expertise in managing and prioritizing complex backlogs across multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, including federal agency partners.
• Experience in breaking down complex issues into actionable stories, roadmap items, and delivery plans.
• Comfortable facilitating collaboration across engineering, design, QA, and program leadership teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for agency stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Prior experience in federal agency digital services or government contracting settings.
• Familiarity with copyright, licensing, records management, or other regulatory/compliance-focused domains.
• Experience aiding in SAFe PI planning, ART coordination, or multi-team program delivery.
• Possession of CSPO, CPM, CSM, or other relevant agile or product certifications.
• Experience collaborating with UX research and accessibility teams within an integrated delivery model.
