Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies for digital subscription services targeting all consumer demographics.

• Perform assessments of Total Addressable Market, customer segmentation, and needs analysis, while creating pricing models and packaging strategies.

• Work collaboratively with design, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and business development teams throughout product development and market execution.

• Keep track of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.

• Create and sustain financial models that aid in decision-making, performance forecasting, and investment prioritization.

• Evaluate user behavior and business performance through both quantitative and qualitative data to guide the product roadmap and feature prioritization.

• Assist business development initiatives by providing product insights for partnerships and audience acquisition.

• Present findings, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in digital product management, with a minimum of 5 years in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success in managing consumer-facing digital subscription products across various platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of the digital subscription ecosystem and its related business models.

• Experience in product marketing, pricing strategies, sales enablement, and communications.

• Strong strategic thinking skills, analytical capabilities, and creative problem-solving aptitude.

• Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in financial analysis and scenario modeling.

• Capable of interpreting complex business documents, including financial statements and legal agreements.
