Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with C-level executives to establish the product roadmap and ensure feature alignment with business objectives.

• Collect and translate the needs of internal and external stakeholders into technical specifications.

• Develop comprehensive frontend and backend solutions that encompass architecture, workflows, and user interfaces.

• Facilitate sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee feature implementation across various departments.

• Eliminate obstacles and maintain the engineering team's focus.

• Evaluate design mockups and ensure feature quality meets client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology products for e-commerce retailers.

• Proven experience in executing client projects, preferably within an agency environment.

• Proficient in understanding technical processes and developing IT architectures.

• Capable of simplifying intricate processes for team comprehension.

• Experience in managing relationships with external parties and senior internal stakeholders.

• Familiarity with user flows and user experience (UX) principles.

• A proactive approach with a readiness to assume responsibility.

• Comfortable in an international working setting.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
