This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the long-term vision and strategy for a key product line or initiative.
• Establish and convey a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with corporate objectives and user requirements.
• Assess and prioritize product opportunities informed by market research, customer feedback, and business impact.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams throughout the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Represent the product team in strategic conversations with executive leadership.
• Engage directly with users and customers to identify pain points, workflows, and success metrics.
• Conduct competitive analyses and keep abreast of industry trends in HR technology, recruiting platforms, and higher education software.
• Collaborate with UX and research teams to provide intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences.
• Lead discovery efforts through user interviews, data analysis, and prototype testing.
• Utilize user feedback, support insights, and usage data to refine and enhance the product.
• Work alongside marketing and customer success teams on product launches.
• Create positioning, messaging, and documentation for sales and support teams.
• Track and analyze product KPIs to guarantee continuous value delivery and user engagement.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead position.
• Experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, startup, scale-up, or resource-constrained environment.
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership is mandatory.
• Personally identified and validated customer challenges, developed solutions, collaborated closely with developers during execution, launched products, and assessed and iterated on outcomes post-launch.
• Practical experience in building AI agents, workflow automations, applications, or functional AI-driven tools using platforms like Hermes, OpenClaw, Grok Bot, or similar technologies.
• Simply having prompting experience does not fulfill this requirement.
• Demonstrated success in leading B2B SaaS product initiatives in the recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the product lifecycle, encompassing research, strategy, execution, and iteration.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile teams and product tools such as Jira, Productboard, Figma, and Mixpanel.
