This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Develop and deploy Zeitview's main enterprise platform, Asset Insights.
β’ Transform prioritized requirements from vertical product leads into functional software.
β’ Collaborate with engineering leaders to define technical strategies.
β’ Oversee cross-stage dependencies throughout the inspection pipeline: capture, analysis, and delivery.
β’ Deliver intricate programs with a focus on quality.
β’ Assess where generative AI, LLM, or agent-based functionalities can enhance or replace platform workflows.
β’ Mediate scope trade-offs between vertical product managers vying for engineering resources.
β’ Manage the backlog for one or more stages of the Asset Insights pipeline.
β’ Draft epics and user stories for engineering implementation.
β’ Collaborate with operations teams managing inspections and report delivery to pinpoint opportunities for reducing manual processes.
β’ Enhance interface contracts between various pipeline stages.
β’ Establish or refine measurement frameworks and define success metrics prior to launch.
β’ Provide technical insights to the product strategy determined by the Head of Product and VPs of Product.
β’ Offer informal guidance to team members and coordinate across functions without having direct reports.
β’ Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Over 8 years of professional experience, including more than 5 years in product management.
β’ Proven experience in developing and deploying enterprise B2B SaaS products.
β’ Experience in making architectural and scope decisions that impact product scalability.
β’ Practical experience with AI/ML-driven product features, such as generative AI, LLMs, agent-based systems, or similar technologies.
β’ Capability to assess AI feature readiness for production environments.
β’ Competence in participating in technical design discussions alongside engineering leads.
β’ Background in shaping system architecture and assessing build-vs-buy decisions.
β’ Proven track record in ensuring viable paths from prototype to production.
β’ Experience in delivering complex and ambiguous programs across multiple teams.
β’ Ability to coordinate through influence, clarity, and effective follow-through.
β’ Proficiency in writing clear product requirements and specifications.
β’ Strong quantitative reasoning skills, including measurement frameworks, experimental design, and decision-making with incomplete data.
β’ Highly preferred: experience collaborating with operational or service delivery teams.
β’ Highly preferred: product management or domain expertise in solar, wind, utilities, oil & gas, or commercial properties.
β’ Highly preferred: experience with geospatial data pipelines, remote sensing, or inspection/asset management platforms.
β’ Highly preferred: experience designing evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs.
β’ Highly preferred: experience with drone or remotely piloted system workflows.
β’ Highly preferred: experience in mobile application development.
β’ Candidates must already reside in Boston/New England or the San Francisco Bay Area.
