Senior Product Manager, AI Receptionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes related to an AI product area across various communication channels.

• Convert patient and business requirements into product priorities and impactful solutions.

• Enhance AI product quality through experimentation, assessment, and iterative development.

• Collaborate with AI Engineers to refine AI behavior in production.

• Establish product success metrics, track performance, and link improvements to quantifiable business results.

• Facilitate product discovery through hypothesis validation, data analysis, and user insights.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to provide comprehensive solutions.

• Safeguard patient safety, privacy, and quality within a regulated healthcare setting.

• Convey priorities, trade-offs, progress, and risks to all stakeholders.

• Lead a small, cross-functional product team and manage the domain comprehensively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with substantial end-to-end ownership.

• More than 2 years as an AI Product Manager delivering AI/ML-based products in production.

• In-depth knowledge of prompting, evaluation, iteration, failure modes, and ongoing quality enhancement.

• Experience in forming hypotheses, conducting experiments, measuring results, and making data-driven product decisions.

• Strong analytical abilities, including defining product KPIs, utilizing data, and connecting product performance to business results.

• Methodical problem-solving skills and the capacity to make evidence-based decisions amidst uncertainty.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams and discussing technical implementation specifics.

• Exceptional prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.

• Professional fluency in both Russian and English, including the ability to communicate with native speakers.

• Willingness to work during CET/CEST overlapping hours.

• Comfortable operating under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment.

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated sectors is a plus.

• Experience in developing products aimed at operational automation, customer support, or workflow optimization would be advantageous.
