This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for a security product aimed at agents.
• Establish priorities from the initial product definition all the way through to launch.
• Conduct discovery research with customers, design partners, and MSP partners.
• Transform customer feedback and usage analytics into informed roadmap decisions.
• Lead the delivery of products from 0 to 1 in collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Make informed trade-offs, manage project scope, and ensure successful product delivery to customers.
• Set and achieve targets for activation, usage, and customer retention.
• Implement experimentation programs aimed at enhancing adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Securing AI PM and AI Safety Office to ensure compliance with internal AI standards.
• Define and uphold the product evaluation framework.
• Provide necessary requirements and evidence for decisions regarding packaging, licensing, and MSP/MSSP models.
• Work alongside pricing, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop commercial models.
• Utilize AI tools to prototype concepts and identify potential product risks.
• Contribute to weekly updates, launch standups, quarterly business review materials, and enablement content.
• Present briefings to executives and internal field teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven track record of building products for expert users.
• Direct, hands-on experience with the LLM product stack, including RAG, prompt engineering, evaluations, model selection trade-offs, latency versus quality decisions, and hallucination mitigation.
• Strong understanding of AI feature adoption, onboarding processes, default behaviors, engagement expansion, and trust-related failure modes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
• Hands-on experience in navigating and driving action in ambiguous environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Strong plus: Experience in cybersecurity, security operations, IT operations, or observability products.
• Strong plus: Hands-on experience with agentic systems, including tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, or similar technologies.
• Strong plus: Familiarity with AI governance, data loss prevention, or enforcement of acceptable-use policies.
• Strong plus: Experience with MSP or MSSP channel products, particularly in multi-tenant and partner-delivered contexts.
