Senior Product Manager – AI & Learner Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of specific segments of the learner journey, encompassing the entire process from prospective student discovery to enrollment and learning.

• Develop and refine products, features, or projects driven by genuine user feedback.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis and deliver AI-enhanced product experiences.

• Enhance learner retention, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate closely with engineers on systems, APIs, and model trade-offs.

• Proactively identify issues and enhance products and processes.

• Lead and manage a team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C product management.

• Background in Edtech, FinTech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products.

• Proven history of improving retention, engagement, or conversion metrics.

• Experience shipping a product involving AI within the last 3–6 months, whether professionally or as a personal project.

• Comfortable delving into systems, APIs, and model trade-offs.

• Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, Vercel, or similar technologies.

• Capability to engage in technical discussions with engineers.

• Experience in team management.

• Preference for simplicity and speed over bureaucratic processes.

• Demonstrated ability to execute tasks quickly and effectively while navigating ambiguity.

• Experience in Edtech is advantageous, but not essential.
