📋 Description

• Take responsibility for various aspects of the learner journey from the initial discovery of prospective students to their enrollment and learning experience.

• Develop and refine tangible products, features, or projects by analyzing user behavior and feedback.

• Enhance learner retention, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Integrate AI as a fundamental component of the learner experience.

• Work closely with engineers on systems, APIs, and model trade-offs.

• Identify issues early, manage uncertainties, and enhance products and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2C product management.

• Background in Edtech, FinTech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products.

• Proven success in improving retention, engagement, or conversion metrics.

• Experience shipping a product with AI in the last 3–6 months, whether for work or a personal project.

• Comfortable delving into systems, APIs, and model trade-offs.

• Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, Vercel, etc.

• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers.

• Preference for simplicity and speed over bureaucratic processes.

• Experience in team management.

• Edtech experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
