Senior Product Manager, AI, eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a committed ecommerce sprint team functioning within a two-week Agile framework.

• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution processes.

• Ensure that roadmap commitments and essential business tasks are delivered punctually and with high quality.

• Balance initiatives from the roadmap, enhancements, and operational tasks within established capacity limits.

• Drive ongoing improvements in ecommerce performance across 11 brands and various technology stacks.

• Take ownership of conversion rate optimization, merchandising and package presentation, enhancements to checkout, pricing display and framing, product detail page upgrades, as well as SEO and generative search readiness initiatives.

• Standardize best practices while considering the unique needs of each brand.

• Act as the primary representative for ecommerce technology on the ownership committee.

• Provide transparency regarding sprint progress, platform risks, and trade-offs.

• Advocate for scalable solutions across diverse technology stacks.

• Assist in defining and enforcing standards for consistent ecommerce experiences.

• Collaborate with engineering pods, UX and design teams, marketing and growth teams, as well as content and curriculum teams.

• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritized execution plans.

• Ensure alignment between ecommerce enhancements and the overarching product strategy.

• Define and monitor metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor, and funnel progression.

• Conduct structured experiments and A/B tests.

• Utilize insights to continually refine backlog priorities.

• Navigate and optimize across four different technology stacks.

• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and long-term rationalization.

• Ensure consistent implementation of changes across brands where applicable.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce or multi-brand digital settings.

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile sprint teams.

• Strong comprehension of ecommerce platforms, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising.

• Experience in managing intricate, multi-brand or multi-platform environments.

• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic insights.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Strong analytical abilities with a background in using data to inform decisions.

• Familiarity with contemporary product tools (such as JIRA, analytics platforms, and experimentation tools).

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
