Senior Product Manager – AI CICD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Set priorities for the product, determining sequencing and scope.

• Transform an internal working system from concept to a product that customers can purchase and utilize.

• Break down ambiguous challenges, make trade-off decisions, and ensure products are presented to users early in the process.

• Conduct research on how developers and their agents create, test, review, and deploy software.

• Identify design partners with significant agent fleets and integrate their feedback into product priorities.

• Manage the developer experience, encompassing product trials, configuration, and adoption.

• Oversee launch initiatives, which include positioning, naming, documentation, pricing strategy, and product narrative.

• Assess when the product is ready for launch.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Experience, Product Marketing, and Product leadership.

• Maintain alignment within a small team while the product landscape shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management focused on developer-facing, infrastructure, security, or similarly technical products.

• Proven experience in developing agent tools, such as coding agents, agent frameworks, harnesses, MCP servers, evaluation systems, or model-driven developer tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of Continuous Integration (CI), including builds, tests, caches, runners, artifacts, and merge gates.

• Track record of guiding a technical product from initial concept to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Strong judgment regarding product scope and prioritization.

• Comfort engaging with a highly technical engineering team and participating in discussions on design trade-offs.

• Capacity to communicate directly and regularly with developers to evaluate product adoption potential.

• Exceptional writing skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment without a predefined playbook.

• Preferred: Experience with coding agents operating at significant volumes or systems ensuring their reliability.

• Preferred: Familiarity with developer platforms, build systems, remote execution, or hosted development environments.

• Preferred: Experience with containers, Kubernetes, registries, or other cloud-native infrastructure.

• Preferred: Background in developing security products for developers.

• Preferred: Experience catering to both individual developers and large enterprises.

• Preferred: Experience managing a team's CI.
