Senior Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the AI platform product roadmap, encompassing research, discovery, prioritization, delivery, evaluation, and iteration.

• Define and document the requirements for shared AI platform functionalities, including agent orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, knowledge and context management, integrations, observability, failure handling, and administrative controls.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions.

• Work together with AI Features and Product teams on AI-driven functionalities for administrators, renters, and leasing agents.

• Partner across the organization and with external AI collaborators to identify needs, clarify requirements, highlight risks, and align priorities.

• Leverage data, customer feedback, support trends, evaluations, and post-launch performance to enhance platform quality and reliability.

• Streamline and standardize AI systems and agent behaviors, reinforce guardrails, minimize failure modes, and enhance issue resolution.

• Coordinate launches, release communications, training, and internal enablement to foster adoption.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• Promote collaboration within the team and across the organization.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned and modified at the discretion of the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with ownership of AI agents or AI-driven products.

• Hands-on experience in building or managing AI agents across voice, chat, SMS, and email platforms.

• B2B SaaS experience with a strong understanding of cutting-edge LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

• Proficiency in designing, testing, and refining prompts.

• Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, and agentic AI systems.

• Familiarity with RAG, CAG, agentic retrieval, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Capability to translate intricate AI systems into product requirements and phased delivery plans.

• Experience with AI development and observability frameworks like LangChain or LangSmith is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.

• Competence in navigating ambiguity and structuring complex problem spaces.

• Attention to detail concerning accuracy, error states, permissions, and operational impact.

• Experience utilizing AI within the product management/SDLC lifecycle.

• Background in managing vendor relationships for third-party integrations.

• Experience in property management, multifamily housing, proptech, leasing, CRM, or resident experience software is a plus.

• Travel requirements: less than 5%.
