This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key segment of the financial advisor experience.
• Comprehend advisor workflows along with the supporting systems, data, and processes.
• Spot opportunities for simplification, consolidation, automation, and enhancements in productivity.
• Frame intricate product prospects and sway investment choices.
• Own and refine a multi-faceted product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture leaders regarding capabilities, constraints, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Drive product discovery utilizing advisor insights, behavioral and operational data, market research, and technical knowledge.
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional collaborators.
• Spearhead initiatives that encompass product, engineering, operations, business, risk, compliance, and legal aspects.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across products and teams.
• Establish success metrics and assess advisor outcomes, adoption rates, productivity, operational efficiency, and product performance.
• Challenge conventional processes, technology trends, and assumptions.
• Elevate product management standards and enhance product practices organization-wide.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven ownership of intricate technology products, platforms, or capabilities.
• Exceptional judgment in product prioritization and investment decision-making.
• Strong technical knowledge of system interactions, data flows, integrations, APIs, dependencies, architecture considerations, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience in establishing product vision and strategy, translating those strategies into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving various teams, systems, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to navigate independently in ambiguous situations and facilitate decision-making.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as storytelling abilities.
• Experience functioning effectively in highly regulated or operationally intricate environments.
• Capability to mentor others and enhance product practices.
