This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of exchange operations and performance as the lead product owner for issues related to exchanges, integrations, and reliability.
• Ensure continuous stability and swift incident resolution in collaboration with Engineering and Programmatic stakeholders.
• Establish and uphold the product vision and roadmap for programmatic and exchange offerings.
• Align priorities with organizational objectives, market trends, and directives from leadership.
• Drive monetization and enhance exchange optimization through the dynamics of supply and demand, auction mechanics, pricing strategies, formats, and partner mix.
• Manage and develop programmatic integrations across OpenRTB, Prebid, and Google Open Bidding for Web, Mobile, and CTV platforms.
• Oversee relationships with SSP, DSP, and technology integration partners.
• Resolve complex partner issues and promote post-integration optimization.
• Advocate for partner needs and constraints within the organization.
• Analyze industry trends, including AI-driven buying and selling protocols.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within the AdTech sector, with extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSPs, exchanges, and supply and demand dynamics.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with OpenRTB, Prebid (both client-side and server-side), and Google Open Bidding.
• Experience in troubleshooting, optimization, and integration best practices.
• Knowledge of header bidding and auction dynamics, including latency, timeouts, bid caching, floors, demand routing, identity/consent signals, and win-rate optimization.
• Experience across Web, Mobile, and CTV environments.
• A proven history of managing complex, high-scale platforms where operational excellence, reliability, and monetization are crucial.
• Capacity to lead in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams on backlog management, sprint execution, and trade-off decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in working across Programmatic, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Ability to evaluate business and revenue impacts, prioritize effectively, and make decisions during incidents and high-pressure scenarios.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience representing a company externally with partners and at industry events.
• Ability to stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
