Senior Product Lead, Clinical Insights

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for integrating the Clinical Insights Engine with CVS Health's operations.

• Combine clinical and business goals with platform capabilities to outline product direction.

• Collaborate with Platform PMs to jointly develop and incorporate business objectives into the strategy for the Clinical Insights Engine.

• Work alongside customer business and technology teams to oversee implementation and adoption processes.

• Ensure that delivered solutions achieve the desired clinical and financial outcomes and make iterations based on feedback.

• Act as the main point of contact between clinical leadership, business stakeholders, and the Clinical Insights Engine platform.

• Create data-driven business cases for new features or enhancements to existing models.

• Report on progress, challenges, and value realization to senior leadership.

• Establish and track KPIs such as provider acceptance rates, diagnostic precision, quality gap closure, and timeliness of interventions.

• Discover and pursue opportunities for product improvement through quantitative analysis and user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in product management.

• Proven track record of driving strategic decisions, taking ownership, and coordinating resources to achieve successful project results.

• Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders and simplifying complex technical subjects for diverse audiences.

• A data-driven mindset for assessing product impact and collaborating with analytics teams.

• Experience in thoughtfully integrating AI into products.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare and/or digital health solutions.

• Preferred: Background in healthcare product development.

• Preferred: Over 7 years in a product-related position.

• Preferred: Familiarity with data analytics and key healthcare metrics, such as STARS/Quality Measures.
