Senior Product Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of intricate customer and associate experiences from initial concept to final delivery.

• Develop service designs, user flows, prototypes, experience concepts, and overall experience strategies.

• Organize and conduct both moderated and unmoderated tests, surveys, and various qualitative and quantitative assessments.

• Collaborate with Product to drive early problem identification and solution direction.

• Utilize customer insights, testing outcomes, analytics, and business objectives to pinpoint opportunities and enhance experiences.

• Compile findings into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate insights to Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to discover opportunities, define solutions, and manage trade-offs.

• Integrate AI into daily workflows for discovery, ideation, content creation, prototyping, and experience development.

• Contribute to and enhance design systems, patterns, and best practices.

• Shape decisions through design expertise, collaboration, design thinking, storytelling, and clear design artifacts.

• Assist teams in navigating uncertainty and transforming complex problems into actionable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.

• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking, strategic problem-solving, prototyping, and measurable impact.

• Proven experience leading complex projects from discovery to delivery.

• Expertise in planning, executing, and synthesizing both moderated and unmoderated user testing.

• Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and incomplete information.

• Familiarity with service design methodologies and artifacts.

• Experience in contributing to and evolving design systems.

• Knowledge of leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies in the design process.

• Experience with survey design, usability testing platforms, and analytics tools.
