Senior Product Designer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage comprehensive product design initiatives across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.

• Create user experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.

• Design intricate workflows associated with billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.

• Establish scalable consumption experiences, permission frameworks, and sharing models.

• Implement systems thinking within complex SaaS and platform environments.

• Frame unclear challenges, pinpoint opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and oversee design risks.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Utilize research, data, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate and enhance solutions.

• Employ AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to explore and confirm product concepts.

• Contribute to a scalable and unified product experience across interconnected platform capabilities.

• Develop functional, high-fidelity prototypes for intricate product interactions, workflows, and system behaviors.

• Articulate design rationale, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, and clients.

• Present and defend design choices while integrating feedback from stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.

• Strong systems thinking capability and experience in creating interconnected product experiences and workflows.

• Familiarity with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, consumption, or related platform domains.

• Proficient hands-on prototyping skills.

• Ability to develop functional, production-like prototypes utilizing AI-assisted coding tools.

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or comparable AI-assisted development tools.

• Advanced knowledge of Figma or similar design tools.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, translating technical constraints into effective product solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Excellent concise communication abilities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Capability to clearly present and articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations.

• Residing in Latin America (LATAM) and available for remote work with international teams.

• Nice to have: experience in designing AI-powered products or AI-native experiences.

• Nice to have: a portfolio showcasing functional coded prototypes or production-like AI-assisted product explorations.

• Nice to have: experience prototyping complex SaaS workflows involving multiple states, roles, permissions, or system dependencies.

• Nice to have: contributions to product strategy and roadmap decision-making.

• Nice to have: experience in mentoring or supporting the growth of other designers.

• Nice to have: experience designing products with complex permissions, sharing, billing, consumption, or account models.
