Senior Product Designer, Tabby Shop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design a new product area — deals marketplace, loyalty, and cashback — primarily from the ground up, from concept to production.

• Cultivate a profound understanding of the product logic and business context associated with each feature you create.

• Collaborate closely with your Product Manager to unpack business requirements, redefine challenges, and transform them into design solutions that enhance business metrics while providing users with an enjoyable experience.

• Engage daily with UX Researchers to validate assumptions and base decisions on user insights.

• Partner with a UX Writer to develop clear and consistent product communication.

• Work collaboratively with the engineering team throughout the delivery process and take ownership of the quality of what is released to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with some exposure to consumer products at scale.

• Strong product thinking: you effectively understand both business objectives and user needs, and you know how to balance them.

• A portfolio showcasing shipped work that illustrates end-to-end ownership — from problem framing to refined, production-ready UI.

• Experience in cross-functional teams alongside product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers.

• High craft standards: exceptional visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to what ultimately reaches users.

• Comfort with ambiguity — you can bring organization to a zero-to-one product environment.

• Proficient in optimizing your workflow with AI tools to work more efficiently and intelligently.

• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or fintech products.

• Practical experience with UX research methods and data-informed design decisions.

• Experience contributing to or working within a design system.
