Senior Product Designer – iOS, Liquid Glass, Figma

Posted Oct 19

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Analyze user journeys in production and recreate screens that encompass states, interactions, and platform-specific details.

• Evaluate production components against design files to identify missing elements and any structural, visual, or behavioral inconsistencies.

• Document discrepancies with visual references, descriptions of deviations, and affected screens or journeys.

• Construct local components and variants that accurately reflect the current product, preparing them for Design System review and alignment.

• Organize screens into reusable templates that are consistently named and structured according to user journey and platform.

• Ensure that templates are easily adoptable and adaptable by teams, providing adequate context for new feature designs.

• Deliver a well-organized template library that mirrors the live product, including documented discrepancies and local components ready for review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Specialization in native app design, with a demonstrated history of designing with Liquid Glass on iOS 26+ and/or iPadOS 26+; this must be clearly indicated on your CV.

• Practical experience with Design Systems, encompassing components, variants, patterns, and tokens, along with an understanding of when to reuse a component versus proposing a new variant; this should be evident on your CV.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma: Auto Layout, components, variants, component properties, variables, styles, and libraries.

• Exceptional attention to detail and visual rigor, with a keen eye for discrepancies in layout, spacing, typography, color, iconography, and behavior.

• Strong background in web and app interaction design, including responsive behavior, platform conventions, and states (loading, error, empty, success, unavailable).

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

• Systematic and organized thinking to maintain consistency across screens, journeys, and shared files within teams.

• Working knowledge of digital accessibility.

• Ability to work autonomously with clear communication skills; capable of managing workload, clarifying ambiguities, and escalating issues that need validation.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

🏝️ Benefits

• 15th month salary.

• Health insurance that covers your family.

• Birthday off.

• Mobility program for digital nomads.

• Genuine work-life balance.
