Senior Product Designer II – Order Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +20 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of key Order Quality design projects from inception to completion across various concurrent consumer and shopper initiatives.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Order Quality while ensuring consistency across ongoing and approved workstreams.

• Collaborate with more than three product managers on product strategy and scalable solutions.

• Work closely with engineering teams to facilitate comprehensive, precise, and actionable execution-level handoff.

• Engage in strategic discussions and detailed implementation tasks, including Figma flows, polish passes, and collaboration on design systems.

• Foster cross-functional relationships spanning product, engineering, research, data science, and brand teams.

• Represent Order Quality design in critiques, reviews, and presentations to stakeholders, including Product and Design leadership.

• Leverage modern AI tools to enhance exploration, prototyping, and iteration processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products for both web and mobile platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing complex, multi-step product journeys with measurable results.

• Capability to manage projects from problem framing and initial concept development through to execution and delivery.

• Experience in handling multiple intricate problem areas concurrently while collaborating with various product and engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of presenting to cross-functional partners and senior/executive stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Ability to create high-fidelity flows, interaction designs, and user interfaces that align with design system standards.

• A strong curiosity and passion for design craft and the use of AI tools.

• Preferred: experience in e-commerce, grocery, marketplace, or logistics products.

• Preferred: background in designing for multi-sided marketplace platforms.

• Preferred: experience in larger corporate or agency settings.

• Preferred: comfort in working with and enhancing established design language systems.
