This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Generate innovative features for the sales recruiting platform while continually refining existing components.

• Create user-friendly, contemporary, and cohesive interfaces for both companies and sales professionals.

• Execute features and enhancements independently utilizing cutting-edge AI coding agents.

• Oversee the journey of features from conception through to implementation, ensuring a functional end product.

• Assess current user flows and enhance the overall user experience.

• Engage in candidate searches, AI matching, applicant management, company dashboards, and communication functionalities.

• Conduct testing to guarantee the product's functionality, usability, and quality.

• Share your insights and play a role in shaping product strategies.

• Collaborate regularly with the team, prioritize tasks, and independently advance projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong intuition for high-quality digital products, user-friendly interfaces, and well-crafted user experiences.

• Background in product design, UX/UI design, digital product management, or a similar product-centric role.

• Capability to independently transform broad ideas and requirements into features, user flows, and interfaces.

• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and application logic.

• Familiarity with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools is a bonus.

• Ability to independently assess and iteratively enhance technical and design outputs.

• High expectations for functionality, design, and usability.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and the capacity to work autonomously.

• Open, reliable, and proactive communication skills.

• Proficient German language skills.

• Traditional programming experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Portfolios showcasing completed projects, designs, or personal AI-driven applications are especially welcomed.
