This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia, +2 more countries.
• Take charge of the complete payments experience for brands and creators, encompassing free products, one-time payments, and affiliate commissions.
• Determine what to develop and the rationale behind it, then design the operational framework.
• Develop prototypes and concepts for future enhancements.
• Design solutions, gather feedback, and formulate requirements for the engineering team.
• Craft user stories and communicate them effectively to engineers.
• Conduct quality assurance when the work is finalized.
• Engage in feedback exchanges during retrospectives.
• Assess when the work is ready for customer interaction.
• Communicate with customers regarding their needs related to compensating creators, product gifting, and affiliate programs.
• Keep the organization informed about the roadmap, product releases, and upcoming sprint strategies.
• Collaborate with product marketing to distinguish the product and articulate new features.
• Monitor impact through customer feedback and key performance indicators.
• Participate in onboarding, customer discussions, Fullstory and Amplitude analysis, sprint planning, and backlog reviews.
• Report to the Head of Product and partner with the engineering team lead along with other designers/PMs on product concepts, a unified design system, and aligned roadmaps.
• Proven experience as both a product designer and product manager, or in a combined PM/design role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficient in writing user stories and conveying designs clearly to developers.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks with overarching objectives in mind and developing a roadmap.
• Familiarity with working within a design system.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and capability to identify solutions while maintaining productivity despite obstacles.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and ongoing changes in a growing organization.
• Driven to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Interest in the creator economy and alignment with the company’s values.
• Proficient in English.
• UX experience with affiliate, marketplace, or payments products.
• Strong instincts in research or analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Fullstory.
