This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee UX and UI design for enterprise-level eCommerce platforms.
• Transform business and functional requirements into user-friendly, scalable web designs.
• Develop desktop administrative interfaces and mobile customer-facing storefronts.
• Produce user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs with Figma.
• Establish and manage scalable design systems that include design tokens, reusable components, standards, conventions, and usage guidelines.
• Document the behavior of applications and components through comprehensive specifications and diagrams.
• Create responsive designs emphasizing accessibility, content hierarchy, and conversion-driven shopping journeys.
• Utilize usability principles to identify areas of friction and enhance customer and administrative workflows.
• Partner with product owners to articulate product branding and visual narratives utilizing the Story Brand framework.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform specifications.
• Generate digital assets such as icons, illustrations, and web page CMS theme designs.
• Uphold high standards for typography, layout, color balance, and visual consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of prior experience in web design.
• At least 4 years of experience collaborating with enterprise companies.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, encompassing components, variants, auto layout, variables, libraries, prototyping, and design-system management.
• Demonstrated experience managing the entire UX process, including information architecture, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise eCommerce UX patterns and shopping workflows, including omnichannel, product discovery, catalogs, search, product details, pricing, cart, checkout, accounts, and order management.
• Experience in designing dealer-based workflows involving various user types, permissions, catalogs, pricing, inventory, or purchasing experiences.
• Proven track record in creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Strong grasp of accessibility and inclusive design principles, including WCAG standards.
• Outstanding attention to detail and capability to tackle large, complex design challenges in a structured, systematic, and methodical way.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level or higher).
• Portfolio showcasing enterprise eCommerce design experience, particularly with dealer-network OEM sites, especially in the agricultural and compact construction machinery sectors.
