AI Product Builder – Product Design, AI Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create innovative features, user interfaces, and digital workflows tailored to customer needs and product concepts.

• Craft user interfaces that are intuitive, contemporary, and cohesive, prioritizing usability and design excellence.

• Implement features and applications independently using advanced AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

• Oversee the development of features from initial concept through to execution and delivery of a functional, user-friendly result.

• Assess functionality, usability, and quality, while continuously refining solutions.

• Bring forth your own ideas, challenge current practices, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

• Grasp business requirements, develop appropriate solution strategies, and collaborate closely with customers and team members.

• Contribute to our SaaS platform and tailor software solutions for clients.

• Provide proactive updates on progress, raise queries early on, and actively influence our collaborative work style.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong intuition for effective digital products, user-friendly interfaces, and well-considered user experiences.

• Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Product Management, or a similar product-related position.

• Capability to independently create meaningful features, user flows, and interfaces from overarching requirements.

• Basic knowledge of how modern web applications function.

• Fundamental technical understanding of APIs, databases, and application logic.

• Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent tools is advantageous.

• Ability to assess technical and design outputs independently, detect issues, and iteratively enhance solutions.

• A product-focused, self-motivated work style and a readiness to take ownership of results.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Proficient German language skills.

• Traditional programming skills are a bonus but not mandatory.

• Completed projects, designs, or your own AI-powered applications are particularly appreciated.
