Senior Product Designer II – Order Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of major Order Quality design projects from start to finish, focusing on both consumer and shopper experiences.

• Investigate innovative zero-to-one concepts while executing multiple concurrent projects.

• Establish yourself as the primary domain expert for Order Quality.

• Ensure continuity with previously approved tasks while adapting to new requests from the product team.

• Collaborate with over three product managers to define product strategies and develop scalable solutions.

• Work closely with engineering teams to facilitate comprehensive, precise, and actionable handoff.

• Engage in strategic discussions with design and product leadership alongside detailed execution tasks.

• Develop Figma flows and refine designs while working in conjunction with design systems.

• Foster cross-functional relationships among product, engineering, research, data science, and branding teams.

• Advocate for Order Quality design during critiques, reviews, and presentations to stakeholders, including Product and Design leadership.

• Utilize modern AI tools to enhance exploration, prototyping, and iterative processes.

• Recognize opportunities for AI to elevate the design process and enhance customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience designing consumer-oriented digital products for web and mobile platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing intricate, multi-step product journeys with measurable results.

• Capability to manage projects from initial problem framing and zero-to-one concept development through to execution and delivery.

• Experience working in multiple complex problem areas, collaborating with diverse product and engineering teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of presenting to cross-functional partners and senior/executive stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Ability to create high-fidelity flows, interaction designs, and UI that aligns with design systems.

• A strong interest and enthusiasm for design craft and AI tools.

• Experience in sectors such as e-commerce, grocery, marketplaces, or logistics (preferred).

• Familiarity with designing for multi-sided marketplace platforms (preferred).

• Experience in larger corporate or agency settings (preferred).

• Comfort in working within and enhancing established design language systems (preferred).
