Senior Product Designer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for enterprise users through design thinking and user research.

• Collaborate with research and data teams to guide design decisions and validate solutions.

• Enhance design quality and advance the maturity of the design system.

• Contribute to the creation of patterns, guides, tools, and libraries for scalable enterprise feature design.

• Articulate and defend concepts and solutions across various mediums.

• Work together with product, engineering, and business partners on strategy and execution.

• Design and refine intricate features for complex workflows and enterprise requirements.

• Establish and promote design best practices.

• Mentor junior team members to elevate their design skills.

• Assist product teams in launching and refining features based on user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Report to the Manager of Product Design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a comparable role.

• Strong visual design abilities and a capacity to influence design quality at an organizational level.

• Proven experience in delivering complex, scalable experiences within SaaS or enterprise settings.

• Demonstrated leadership through design work, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.

• Experience in facilitating design activities and conducting design thinking workshops.

• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to handle stakeholder feedback effectively.

• Knowledge of design systems and principles, including hierarchy, interaction, typography, color, layout, and accessibility.

• Proficiency in agentic and generative design workflows.

• Capability to design for user affinity.

• A degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
