Senior Product Designer – Global Insights, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product design process from conducting user research and mapping user journeys to creating wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and performing usability testing.

• Convert user requirements and business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and visually captivating digital experiences.

• Create responsive interfaces and interactions for both web and mobile platforms.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to expedite prototyping, UI implementation, and design iterations.

• Develop functional prototypes and implement UI components or features using AI-enhanced coding workflows.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate concepts and ensure the feasibility of designs.

• Maintain and enhance design systems, reusable components, and interface patterns.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to confirm design decisions and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Articulate design rationale, present solutions, and integrate feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Balance user experience, visual quality, technical limitations, and product priorities when delivering design solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates digital product design, interaction design, and high-quality user experiences across web and/or mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.

• Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS, along with an understanding of frontend development concepts.

• Practical experience using AI-powered tools for coding, rapid prototyping, UI implementation, or frontend development.

• Capability to translate design concepts into functional prototypes or working interfaces through AI-assisted workflows.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or other frontend technologies.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms and natural-language-to-code workflows.

• Experience in translating Figma designs into functional UI components or interactive prototypes.

• Knowledge of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions.

• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and reusable frontend components.

• Knowledge of responsive design best practices and accessibility standards.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

• Understanding of product analytics, data-driven design, or A/B testing.

• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise-level products.

• Experience creating dashboards, data visualization interfaces, or AI-powered products.
