Senior Product Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive user experiences ranging from onboarding funnels to mobile app interactions for Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit.

• Collaborate closely with the Growth team to enhance funnel experimentation, optimize the onboarding process, and boost conversion rates and average order values.

• Foster user engagement and retention by developing features such as nutrition guidance.

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize and define the roadmap and initiatives.

• Engage in the complete design process, which includes user research, wireframing, high-fidelity visual design, and prototyping.

• Refine design experiments throughout the onboarding and app experiences.

• Create user-centered interfaces that adhere to Apple and Android design guidelines.

• Independently manage design projects while also participating in collaborative brainstorming and design critiques.

• Leverage product analytics and experimentation to guide design choices and enhance conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.

• Work alongside designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding visual design capabilities.

• Proficient in Figma, including the use of components, auto-layouts, and variables.

• Extensive experience in utilizing and enhancing existing Design Systems.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Marketing teams.

• Background in designing mobile applications for both Apple and Android platforms.

• Comfortable applying analytics and data-driven experimentation to inform product enhancements.

• Ability to collect and interpret existing research and assumptions to devise experiments.

• Experience conducting usability tests on Maze or similar platforms.

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Knowledge of user psychology, behavioral design, highly-converting user interfaces, and habit-forming products.

• Capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in the health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness industries is a plus.
