This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement comprehensive user experiences for Humana’s medical benefits offerings.
• Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research teams to discover opportunities and create solutions.
• Utilize user research, usability testing, analytics, and member feedback to guide design choices.
• Generate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and adherence to design best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to maintain consistency throughout the member journey.
• Present design proposals and justifications to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the design team.
• Assist in the development of design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable design standards.
• Enhance member satisfaction, healthcare engagement, operational efficiency, and quality of experience throughout the medical benefits journey.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in product design.
• A portfolio that showcases impactful digital product results.
• A portfolio highlighting polished, modern, user-centered digital experiences.
• Strong expertise in Figma.
• Experience in designing responsive solutions across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Capability to convert complex business and user requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Keen attention to detail, accessibility, usability, consistency, and pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience in designing intricate user experiences and comprehensive customer journeys.
• Knowledgeable in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Proficient with contemporary design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
• Experience in collaborating with product management, engineering, research, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with practical design implementation.
• Proven track record of using design to enhance business and customer outcomes.
• Access to home internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
