This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.
• Create comprehensive onboarding and activation processes for business partners, guiding them from initial entry to a fully operational account.
• Transform document-intensive, regulated procedures into straightforward, guided experiences featuring transparent statuses, meaningful feedback, and no obstacles.
• Develop activation experiences for financial products while articulating their value and usage to partners.
• Design tools that enable partners to manage organizations, teams, roles, and permissions effectively.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to comprehend business requirements, identify underlying issues, and convert them into design solutions.
• Work alongside UX Researchers to validate assumptions with actual partners.
• Partner with a UX Writer to enhance the readability of complex, formal content.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the delivery process, ensuring the quality of production releases.
• A minimum of 5 years of product design experience, particularly with complex, logic-driven products.
• Strong systems thinking ability; comfortable with multi-step processes, edge cases, states, and rules.
• Capacity to simplify intricate, formal, and regulated procedures.
• Solid product thinking skills and understanding of business context along with partner needs.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready user interfaces.
• Experience in cross-functional teams collaborating with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers.
• High standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in shipped work.
• Ability to enhance workflows using AI tools.
• Nice to have: experience with B2B, SaaS, admin panels, or other professional-user products.
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, KYC/verification processes, or other regulated fields.
• Nice to have: experience in designing roles, permissions, and multi-user account frameworks.
• Nice to have: experience contributing to or working within a design system.
