This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create user experiences for B2B web products and systems that support the sales and management of large Oura Ring orders and associated services.
• Develop scalable and customizable landing page templates tailored for client branding and messaging needs.
• Design user-friendly interfaces that allow customers to handle orders, billing, payments, and membership statuses independently.
• Craft adaptable branded checkout processes that accommodate split-tender payments, subsidies, and personalized messaging.
• Establish and oversee a centralized platform for promotions and partnerships.
• Lead UX design and enhancements for the B2B “For Organizations” microsite.
• Generate UI design solutions that are suitable for international market expansion.
• Foster empathy and insights regarding enterprise customers in healthcare, military, partnerships, and research sectors.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web designs.
• Suggest UX/UI enhancements based on quantitative and qualitative data, as well as user research findings.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and both internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine scalable features.
• Work alongside creative and product design teams to ensure consistency in UX and branding.
• Assist squad leaders in planning and organizing sprints.
• Over 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, including experience in building eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, or dashboard tools.
• Proficient in the Figma ecosystem.
• Familiarity with gAI tools such as Gemini, Loveable, and Claude.
• Experience in creating solutions for the enterprise/B2B sector, particularly in invoicing and global payment systems.
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work.
• Strong grasp of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web design principles.
• Capability to identify and address strategic business and customer enhancements through analytics and research.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently across various disciplines in a distributed team environment.
• Proficient in managing multiple features or epics while meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Experience in leading and conducting user research activities.
• Support squad leaders in the planning and structuring of sprints.
• Intermediate prototyping skills to effectively communicate ideas.
• Must reside in the United States; candidates living in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin will not be considered.
