Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process, encompassing user research, ideation, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing.

• Develop human-AI interaction frameworks that incorporate transparent and reliable moments for human control, review, and override.

• Work in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and AX teams from initial concept through to implementation.

• Champion the developer experience by comprehending technical user personas and developer workflows.

• Play a role in the advancement of the design system while upholding design practice excellence.

• Provide mentorship to mid-level and junior designers.

• Recognize features that intersect with agentic automation and engage specialized AX teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/Product Design, particularly with complex B2B SaaS or technical software products.

• Proven track record of managing the entire design lifecycle from discovery and macro-vision to implementation specifics.

• Strong expertise in Figma and contemporary prototyping tools.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows.

• Basic understanding of human-AI interaction patterns.

• Capability to discern when a user flow necessitates agent co-navigation or human oversight.

• Effective communication skills and experience in articulating design rationale to technical stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted design or development tools, such as Cursor, Claude, Figma Make, or similar.

• A degree in UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).

• Hands-on experience designing for low-code/no-code platforms, developer tools, or enterprise IDEs (preferred).

• Familiarity with the UX → UAX → AX continuum (preferred).
