Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product design from the discovery phase through to high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

• Revamp core product workflows, beginning with chat functionalities.

• Create reporting and measurement experiences utilizing data from Meta and TikTok Ads.

• Develop interaction patterns for forthcoming AI-assisted and agentic features.

• Craft end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Manage a specific area of the roadmap within the Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.

• Work within and enhance the existing design system.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and two Product Designers in an asynchronous environment.

• Engage in design reviews and provide insightful feedback.

• Conduct lightweight usability testing as required.

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams as a hands-on individual contributor.

• Fill in for the Lead Product Designer during a six-month sabbatical.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing complex B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio that highlights workflow-heavy products instead of marketing websites.

• Familiarity with working within an established design system.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Ability to independently manage projects in a remote or distributed team setting.

• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience in handing off designs to engineering teams.

• Experience in conducting usability testing.

• Must be located within CET ±2 hours.

• Availability every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST is required.

• Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered or AI-assisted product functionalities.
