Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product design from initial discovery to high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

• Revamp key product workflows, starting with the chat feature.

• Create reporting and measurement experiences utilizing data from Meta and TikTok Ads.

• Develop interaction patterns for forthcoming AI-assisted and agentic functionalities.

• Craft end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Manage a specific area of the roadmap within the Client Experience and Creator Experience teams.

• Work within and enhance the current design system.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and two Product Designers in a remote setting.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Conduct lightweight usability testing as necessary.

• Transfer designs to the engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing intricate B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio that highlights workflow-intensive products rather than marketing websites.

• Experience working within a well-established design system.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Ability to independently manage projects in a remote or distributed team environment.

• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience in handing off designs to engineering teams.

• Familiarity with conducting usability testing.

• Must reside within CET ±2 hours.

• Availability required every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.

• Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social media.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered or AI-assisted product features.
