Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product design from the initial discovery phase to high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

• Revamp core product workflows, beginning with the chat feature.

• Create reporting and measurement experiences utilizing Meta and TikTok Ads data.

• Design interaction patterns for future AI-assisted and agentic functionalities.

• Manage features from start to finish in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Oversee a designated area of the roadmap across both Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.

• Craft comprehensive user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Work within and enhance the current design system.

• Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers, and two Product Designers in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Conduct lightweight usability testing as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing complex B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio that highlights workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.

• Experience working with established design systems.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Ability to independently manage projects in a remote/distributed team setting.

• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience in handing off designs to engineering teams.

• Familiarity with conducting usability testing.

• Must be located within CET ±2 hours.

• Availability required every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.

• Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

• Nice to have: Understanding of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Nice to have: Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.
